IAJC/ISAM CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

There are two types of registration:

• Full registration
• Student

Registration Information

Each abstract/paper submitted to this conference must be registered by at least one of its authors at the full registration rate.

If a solo author has two abstracts/papers (maximum limit for solo authors) accepted for presentation and publication, he/she must register the first abstract/paper at the full registration rate and the second abstract/paper at the Additional Paper rate.

All Registration Packages Include:

• Access to all plenary talks and special sessions.
• Free daily hot breakfasts and afternoon receptions with snacks and unlimited alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks for up to 6 people in your suite (only applies to registrants who stay at the conference designated hotel).
• All refreshment breaks.
• Monday night dinner banquet.
• Complimentary copies of latest issues of IJME, IJERI or TIIJ (official print journals of IAJC).

Cancellation Policy

Registration may be canceled up to, and including, Sept 9, 2016. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee. 

Visa Information

Travelers requiring a letter from the Conference’s Executive Board for the purposes of obtaining a VISA for traveling to the USA are requested to send an email to Philip Weinsier philipw@bgsu.edu.
